Scope of Services
We provide end-to-end drone light show design and production. The exact scope of work is defined in the quotation or contract issued for each specific event.
Quotations & Payment
Quoted prices depend on the number of drones, formation complexity, show duration, location, and other factors. Payment terms and deposits are specified in the quotation.
Weather & Safety
Shows are primarily subject to weather and safety conditions. We reserve the right to postpone, adjust, or cancel a performance if conditions are unsafe.
Permits & Airspace Restrictions
Areas near airports or no-fly zones are restricted and require case-by-case permits. We cannot guarantee approval and will advise feasibility after a site assessment.
Intellectual Property
The content, imagery, and show designs we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We operate professionally and with safety as our top priority, but we are not liable for damages arising from force majeure or factors beyond our reasonable control.
